Who is this product for?

Designed and 'made to fit' thick & heavy ponytails (or hairbuns) including long thick hair, long thick hair extensions, or thick heavy dreadlocks.

How to Wear Instructions?

Position hair in desired ponytail/hairbun style, and on one end of the band, wrap and twist the end to secure the desired tightness and lock it into place. Then continue to wrap around your ponytail/bun until you reach the other end of the band. Tuck the end of the band under itself to secure it.

How to Store your Band after wear?

Unravel your band off your ponytail/ hairbun into a circle (12cm diameter) as per the product picture above as an example. You can store in your drawers or hang on a hook/ door knob or accessory storage basket ready for next use.

How to Clean your Band?

These are tricky to clean the fabric part of the band. The best way to clean is to open the band (the opening is located in middle of the band near the tag) and slide out your wire, then put the fabric in a washing machine. Once clean, re-insert the wire, and handsew the opening.

How long will my wired headband last?

With proper care, your band should last up between 1-3 years. The natural wear and tear is normal when worn everyday. If you have given lots of love towards your band and need it needs to be refreshed, you can purchase our Wire Repair Kit for Dreads.
